Resolutelyvs Griply
Updated · By Brian, who makes Resolutely
Griply and Resolutely both start from your goals rather than a to-do list. Griply is a planner: each goal has the projects, habits and daily tasks that move it underneath, with your calendar beside them, on iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows and the web. Resolutely is a tracker for the year on iPhone: each goal is a set of steps, a habit or a number target, and it asks you to reflect as you go. Griply's free plan allows 2 goals; Resolutely is free with every feature.
Pick Griply if…
- You want goals, projects, daily tasks and calendar time blocks in one planner.
- You use Android, Windows or the web as well as, or instead of, an iPhone.
- You want a timeline of every goal across months or years, and you're happy to pay for Premium to get it.
Pick Resolutely if…
- You want to track more than two goals without paying.
- You'd rather keep your to-do list where it is and track the goals themselves: steps, habits and numbers.
- You want to reflect on each goal as the year goes, with questions that change with how it's going.
- You'd rather not make an account: your goals stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud.
