Your goals, habits, and reflections sync securely across your Apple devices via iCloud. This data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account—we never have access to it. Syncing requires you to be signed into the same Apple ID on each device.

On iOS 26 and later, Resolutely may use Apple's on-device AI to generate personalized reflection questions. This processing happens entirely on your device — no data is sent to external servers or shared with Apple.
On older devices that do not support on-device AI, Resolutely uses default reflection prompts instead.
Resolutely does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since all data stays on the device and we don't operate servers or accounts, there is no data collection to monitor or restrict.
