About
In one line: Resolutely is the goal tracker for your whole year: big goals, small steps, and a plant that grows as you do.
Resolutely helps people keep their New Year's resolutions and longer goals by breaking them into steps, building habits measured by consistency, not just streaks, tracking numbers like weight or books read toward a date, and reflecting along the way. Each goal can be steps, a habit or a target. Today's Three sits on the Lock Screen as a Live Activity, a habit becomes a drop of dots that fills day by day, reflections grow leaves on a monthly tree, and the whole year grows from a seed into a tree. It works with Apple Health for weight and steps and, on iOS 26, uses Apple Intelligence on the iPhone to write reflection questions.
“Instead of just listing goals, I used a spreadsheet to break them into smaller steps and journaled how I felt about my progress throughout the year. That combo of small steps plus reflection worked way better for me than any habit tracker ever did.”
