Mahalo Mochi is live

I've been talking about this concept for over a year. Mochi is one of my favorite desserts. The chewy texture brings me nostalgia and a kind of childlike joy that's hard to explain. Mixing that with tropical flavors? That combo lives in my head rent-free. And there's nothing better than Hawaiian tropical flavors (mahalo).

The name, for now

I don't know anything about cooking or making mochi. Not yet. So for now, this site is a starting point. A place where I take the hundreds of ideas rattling around in my head and turn them into products people can use.

My goal is to learn how to design, market, support, and grow tools that people enjoy and find worth their time. I want to build those skills here, on real projects, and one day use them to turn the tropical mochi dream into something you can eat.

What I'll be building

The projects I work on will always start with problems I face myself. If solving my own problems helps solve some of yours, even better.

I'll post my learnings and reflections here as I go.
